  2. Justification of use- Stick to site's objectives & intentions. Elements should relate to eachother
  3. Download VS Effect - Does feature impede user's experience, take to long, maintain effectiveness?
  4. Best Practices-
    1. Make interactive activities accessible to all users
    2. Provide info about downloads
    3. Give users control
    4. Avoid excessive looping
    5. Provide Feedback about users experience
